BUF Studio provided comprehensive interior renovation, branding, and planning services for a 71,000-square-foot occupied University of Arkansas campus facility. The project focused on improving circulation, identity, and day-to-day functionality through integrated flooring and wayfinding strategies, targeted renovations to high-visibility common areas, and cohesive furniture planning throughout the building.

In addition to common spaces, BUF delivered full architectural, interior, and MEP design services for specialized academic and support areas, including a Psychology Lab, secure hoteling space, and other departmental environments. The team coordinated closely with approximately ten University departments to align diverse operational needs, phased move-in schedules, and ongoing building operations, resulting in a cohesive, well-executed renovation within an active institutional setting.
