The Haven

BUF Studio designed this 29-unit luxury condominium development bringing elevated urban living to downtown Bentonville. The three-story, nearly 60,000-square-foot building features ten unique floor plans ranging from one- and two-bedroom layouts to flexible units with office spaces that can double as a third bedroom. This project introduces a refined, sustainable, and distinctly Bentonville approach to modern luxury living.

Each residence is crafted with high ceilings, expansive glass windows for abundant natural light, and private balconies or patios—some with multiple outdoor spaces. Interiors showcase premium appliances, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and generous living areas designed for comfort and style.

Private garages, offered in one- and two-car configurations, are prepped for future EV chargers, while the roof structure allows for optional solar panel installation. Residents will also have access to conditioned interior storage units for secure, climate-controlled convenience.
