Callisto

“Moon Jungle Tiki Bar Speakeasy” These are the initial descriptor words for the food and beverage concept that is now, Callisto. A transcending take on the tiki theme, Callisto transports its guests through a detailed and immersive hospitality experience unlike any other in the region. The design integrates organic shapes, curves, tropical greenery, natural wood, bamboo, and other natural elements to establish a luscious, moody speakeasy atmosphere where guests can escape into a tasteful tropical getaway.

This was achieved through distinctive design details including a curvy booth and life-like tree installation in the main seating area, combined with the comprehensive natural design concept.

Key challenges included working within a space previously occupied by another tenant and maximizing seating capacity within the existing building footprint while meeting all code requirements.

Callisto demonstrates our ability to transform existing spaces into distinctive hospitality destinations, establishing a new standard for sophisticated tropical-themed venues through thoughtful material selection and innovative spatial planning.
