Project
YT Mill

The YT Bentonville Mill was designed in close collaboration with the client to reflect the brand’s bold identity while supporting seamless operations. As part of YT’s direct-to-consumer program, the space immerses riders and fans with the brand through bike demos, events, and interactive displays.
The building’s angled storefront and front porch create a welcoming entry while meeting downtown zoning requirements, with side access and an automatic door supporting rider setup and return.
Inside, angled geometries guide customer flow and highlight a central cash-wrap, while a mezzanine provides additional retail display space and staff offices. A Rider’s Lounge offers a relaxed gathering area, and back-of-house spaces include a bike mechanic shop, modular storage, and employee amenities.
Innovative design solutions include modular bike storage that maximizes flexibility, a custom concrete planter that doubles as bike parking. The interior spaces are designed to accommodate evolving displays and community events, from screenings to live races.
