BUF Studio delivered two fully integrated clinics within an existing occupied high-rise for UAMS Health — bringing orthopedic, sports medicine, and primary care services to Northwest Arkansas without the cost and timeline of new construction. Working within the Blume Building’s structural constraints, the team coordinated full architectural, interior design, MEP engineering, FF&E, security, and access control services to meet UAMS’s institutional standards.

The result spans 24,000 square feet across two floors, housing 28 exam rooms, integrated diagnostic spaces, and a hospitality-forward sports medicine clinic intentionally designed to feel more like a performance facility than a traditional healthcare environment — reducing patient anxiety and fostering collaboration among physicians, therapists, and specialists.
