Pinnacle Brownstones

The neighborhood of Pinnacle Heights in Rogers, Arkansas has been undergoing some major changes and consistently growing for years. Huffman and Company, Sage Partners, and BUF Studios have the pleasure to design one of the final pieces of this decade-long master planning effort. With a majority of the site already in place or under construction prior to this project’s commencement, BUF Studio chose to provide full architectural and MEP engineering services in order to navigate some very tight site constraints. The result utilizes every square inch of available space within each of the 28 property boundaries. Future tenants will be able to select from one of twelve unit types, creating a variety of interest and variation in the overall development’s façade.

Working in collaboration with Huffman and Company as the contractor the Brownstones at Pinnacle Heights will feature 28 residential units for purchase, each with its own unique style, high-end finishes, and lighting. The homes will measure between 2,300 and 3,000 square feet apiece, with a two-car garage, gourmet kitchen, open concept living and dining spaces with fireplace, large laundry rooms, and plenty of storage. Each unit will contain 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths spread across 3 levels. Expansive windows will add ample amounts of natural light throughout. The building’s light-colored brick and stucco façade will bring a level of sophistication to this already lush neighborhood.
