Coler Crossing

Coler Crossing Multifamily Situated near Bentonville’s extensive trail network and within close proximity to the downtown area, the project offers tenants convenient access to the city’s vibrant outdoor and cultural amenities. In collaboration with the landscape architect, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces were integrated throughout the site to encourage community gathering and enhance livability.

Approximately 44,310 square feet of residential space across 60 units, offering a mix of micro one-bedrooms, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The project also features a detached 2,016-square-foot commercial building intended for neighborhood-serving retail or office use.
