Mercy Frisco Located in a historic 1965 building that once served as the communications hub for the Frisco Railway, this renovation project transformed a former DairiConcepts office space into a modern multispecialty medical clinic. The design team faced the unique challenge of converting an industrial office environment into a welcoming healthcare facility while honoring the building’s historical significance. The solution focused on creating a residential atmosphere in waiting areas by maximizing natural light through existing large windows and incorporating nature photography throughout the space. To enhance patient comfort and visual interest, the team implemented varied seating options and subtle design variations between rooms while maintaining a cohesive, calming atmosphere through thoughtful material selection and branded elements.
