Director of Architecture

Brian is passionate about the collaborative process of creating meaningful architecture. He endeavors to facilitate an environment where both clients and design team members can cooperatively seek project solutions that lead to successful outcomes. As Director of Architecture for the firm he provides staff leadership and mentorship, supports design leaders in implementation of design strategies during all phases of projects, and develops and oversees the implementation of standard architectural practices firmwide. Intentionally promoting thoughtful design and detailing across all aspects of a project leads to quality results that all stake holders, including the communities served, can be proud of well into the future.
