Situated on the Razorback Greenway trail system and Scull Creek just north of the University, this new construction multi-family project prioritizes residents’ access to the well-used local amenity. The buildings are angled to align with the trail offering apartment views of the adjacent natural space and direct pedestrian connection at several points. 

With a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units with an open kitchen and living area floor plan, spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets, the design optimizes the needs and wants of college students and young professionals. 

To keep rent rates competitive, the building was efficiently designed as a three story walk up. Breezeways between units house exterior stairs and provide access to the parking areas and green space. Plumbing walls were consolidated on shared unit walls and vertically for ease of construction and maintenance.
