Located in north Bentonville, the site is adjacent to a portion of the Razorback Greenway Regional trail system known locally as Wishing Springs. The existing office building was dated and run down in need of a full revamp. The design updates the exterior facade with crisp, clean materials and is composed with large picture windows angled to direct views away from the highway and out towards the greenway trail and a local favorite swimming hole. 

The building is located in a FEMA flood zone with strict constraints regarding any exterior additions or changes. New siding along with added metal detailing around existing windows and doors create a significant impact while maintaining the original footprint. What was once easy to pass without notice, is now an eye catching office building seen from both the highway and greenway trail system.
